Last updated: 21 August 2026. Loudlist is an independent side project. These terms govern purchases and use of the leaderboard.

Placement service

You are purchasing a position on a dynamic public leaderboard. A completed payment claims the position produced by your total bid at that moment. Other participants may subsequently outrank the listing.

Your submission

You confirm that your submission is accurate, lawful, safe, and that you have the necessary rights to promote it. You are responsible for the destination and anything offered there. We may review, reject, suspend or remove a listing that violates the Rules.

Payments

Please review the destination, amount and expected position before paying. A completed payment claims the resulting rank and publishes the listing. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee ranking duration, availability, visitor volume, traffic quality, clicks, leads, revenue or any other commercial outcome. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside our reasonable control.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Loudlist is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from leaderboard participation. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
